I decided right then and there to take control of my on health and I researched ways to decrease the blood pressure naturally.
1. Eat plenty of raw garlic
2. Eat plenty of raw celery
3. Get plenty of exercise outside and enjoy the sunshine
4. Get adequate amounts of magnesium and potaasium.
